Directed by Neil Docherty, "On Our Watch" is the best, most telling documentary to date on the Darfur genocide---a savage indictment of UN inaction, with appropriate focus on Kofi Annan and Sir Kieran Prendergast (Under-secretary for Political Affiars). Excellent commentary from Mukesh Kapila, former UN humanitarian coordinator for Sudan.
